We run both monthly awards as well as an annual prizegiving to acknowledge the great work you do.
Annual
SUMMARY:
We have two awards up for grabs each year: The Calibre award, recognising excellence in work, and the Candor award for best client feedback.
DATES:
Entries open throughout the year. The winner will be announced at the end of the year, as a part of the Christmas celebration.
PRIZE:
The winner will receive a trophy and an extra day of leave.
ENTRY CRITERIA:
Any activity within the calendar year by any employee or contractor is eligible. You can nominate yourself, or someone else. Just fill in the form!
JUDGES:
Entries will be treated anonymously and assessed by external judges.

Everyday Excellence
SUMMARY:
Our monthly awards celebrate small moments of everyday excellence.
DATES:
These will be acknowledged in the last FriYay of the month.
PRIZE:
The winner will receive a bottle of champagne and a certificate.
