FAQ
Which one is right for me?
If you’re only after graphic design or basic writing support as a ”just in case”, our Runners option will do just fine. However, if you’re wanting a little bit more, plus videography or photography you’ll need our Makers pack. Finally, our Thinkers subscription is the only one that contains advisory support–so if you’re needing creative expertise and strategic oversight, then that’s your best bet.
What happens when I have a job?
Using our online portal, you log the task you need and a notification goes straight to the team. We let you know as soon as it’s received and if there are any questions.
What happens when my plan runs out?
Whenever you want to renew or upgrade, its easy to do online so you never have to worry. We’ll give you an update when you get to around 80% of time used as a heads up so you know where you’re at.
What kinds of creative are not included?
If tasks are particularly unusual or complex we may not be able to support these, though we are always happy for you to ask. We don’t cover website development or programming, or complex/unusual requests e.g. CAD designs. For writing we can help with technical writing provided subject matter expertise is not required.
